Vetted

TGC staff reviewed the listing identity, representative authority, contact details, and supporting evidence on the recorded award date. Vetted is a dated review, not a guarantee of future conduct, workmanship, or transactions.

How it is earned: Complete the staff vetting checklist, retain supporting evidence, and record the reviewer and review date.

Plank Owner

Borrowed from the naval name for the original crew of a newly commissioned ship, this permanent badge recognizes members who were aboard for a defining Guitar Club launch.

How it is earned: Be included in the bounded founding cohort approved by TGC staff. The qualifying launch and cutoff are retained with the award evidence.

Early Adopter

Recognizes members who joined during a published early-adopter window. The cutoff remains fixed once announced.

How it is earned: Create a qualifying member account before the published early-adopter cutoff.

Recognizes a member whose accepted participation materially opened a new region, catalog category, or Guitar Club program.

How it is earned: Complete the documented first-wave contribution for a qualifying region, category, or program.

Marks membership during The Guitar Club founding period. This cohort may be wider than the launch-specific Plank Owner cohort.

TGC confirmed that a signed-in representative is authorized to act for this catalog listing. This verifies authority, not every published fact.

Recognizes a listing with the required identity, location, contact, description, and category information present at the time of evaluation.
